Audrey went above and beyond when I encountered problems long after the sale she made when I purchased Quickbooks desktop software. I was encountering a problem signing in that required a INTUIT account. I attempted to obtain a account only to learn that years ago I had a account but had no idea what the password was to open the account. Every time I attempted to change the password I was put into a digital maze which prevented any further actions with my computer. Audrey spent considerable time trying to resolve the problem for me and after several attempts she solved the catch 22. All of her efforts were long after the sale and for no compensation to her. She will always be my Go To person for future purchases.
